Refund policy

At Novyofficial, we want customers to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@novyofficial.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, Novyofficial will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for accepted returns.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us immediately at contact@novyofficial.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item, size, or color is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days after we receive the returned item or valid proof that the item has been sent back.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery on all orders. If any delivery cost was paid in exceptional cases, it will be handled according to applicable consumer law.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned according to this Refund Policy and your applicable consumer rights, unless clearly marked as final sale where permitted by law.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made items, items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or items returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
