We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return method: Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return shipping: For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, Novyofficial will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
